Das Denys-Drash-Syndrom ist eine autosomal rezessive angeborene Störung, welche durch progressive Nierenerkrankung, maskulinen Pseudohermaphroditismus und Wilms-Tumor gekennzeichnet ist. Die Störung wird durch eine heterozygote Keimbahnmutation im Zinkfinger-Motif (Exon 8 und 9) des WT1 Gens ausgelöst.
