Nephronophthise

Nephronophthise ist eine autosomal rezessive Erkrankung mit renalen Zysten die auf das Nierenmark und die Rinden-Mark-Übergangszone begrenzt sind. Renale Tubulusfunktionsstörungen sind die ersten klinischen Hinweise. Die Erkrankung führt meist bereits im Kindesalter zur Dialysepflichtigkeit.

Epidemiologie

In 10-20% ist die Nephronophthise für das chronische Nierenversagen im Kindesalter und bei jungen Erwachsenen (< 20) verantwortlich.
