Familiäre hämophygozytische Lymphohistiozytose 4 ist eine autosomal rezessive Erkrankung, die durch Mutationen im STX11-Gen hervorgerufen wird. Die Erkrankung ist durch eine Panzytopenie gekennzeichnet, die sowohl auf eine Phagozytose der Blutzellen wie auch auf eine Histiozytose des Knochenmaks zurückzuführen ist.
