Die isolierte somatische fokale kortikale Dysplasie 2 ist eine durch im Laufe des Lebens entstehende TSC1/2- oder MTOR-Mutationen hervorgerufene Störung der Hirnentwicklung, die sich vor allem durch therapieresisente Epilepsien manifestiert.
