Das Loeys-Dietz-Syndrom 1 ist eine autosomal dominante Bindegewebserkrankung, die durch Mutationen im TGF-beta-Rezeptor 1 ausgelöst wird. Sie ist durch Bindegewebsveränderungen, die sowohl das Skelett wie auch die Aorta betreffen können charakterisiert.
