IGF-Bindungsprotein 3

Das IGFBP3-Gen kodiert ein Protein welches mit dem insulin-growth-factor interagiert und damit die Halbwärtszeit verlängert. Deshalb wird eine mögliche Beeinflussung der Wachstumsregulation bei Mutationen angenommen.
