IgG-Fc-Rezeptor III-A mit geringer Affinität

Das FCGR3A-Gen kodiert einen Rezeptor für den Fc-Anteil des IgG. Die Bindung ist für die Entwicklung einer normalen Immunantwort essentiell. Deshalb führen Mutationen zu autosomal rezessivem Immundefizit vom Typ 20.
