Lysosomaler Transportregulator

Das LYST-Gen kodiert ein Protein, welches als lysosomaler Transportregulator fungiert. Mutationen führen zur autosomal rezessiven lysosomalen Speicherkrankheit Chediak-Higashi-Syndrom.
