Toll-like-Rezeptor 7

Das TLR7-Gen kodiert den Toll-like-Rezeptor 7, der sich in den Endosomen von dentritischen Zellen auf die Erkennung von einsträngiger RNA spezialisiert hat. Mutationen sind für eine erhöhte Anfälligkeit gegenüber Covid-19 verantwortlich, die x-chromosomal vererbt wird.
