NOS1AP-Gen
Das NOS1AP-Gen kodiert ein Protein, welches durch regulatorische Beeinflussung der NO-Synthase an der intrazellularen Signalweiterleitung beteiligt ist. Mutationen sind für das autosomal rezessive nephrotische Syndrom vom Typ 22 verantwortlich.
