NESPAS-Gen
Das NESPAS ist eine antisense Transkript im GNAS Locus. Es ist paternal imprited, wird niht translatiert und für die Regulation der Expression der alpha-Untereinheit des G-Proteins verantwortlich. Imprintingdefekte sind für den Pseudohypoparathyreoidismus Typ 1B verantwortlich.
