DAAM2-Gen
Das DAAM2-Gen kodiert ein Protein, welches an dem Ubiquitin-abhängigen Abbau von VHL beteiligt ist. Mutationen sind für das autosomal rezessive nephrotische Syndrom vom Typ 24 verantwortlich.
