Die spinale Form der Neurofibromatose ist eine Variante der Neurofibromatose, die ebenso durch autosomal dominante Mutationen im NF1-Gen hervorgerufen wird. Im unterschied dominieren hier spinale Neurofibrome das klinische Bild.
