WD-repeat-Protein 35
Das WDR35-Gen kodiert ein Protein welches bei verschiendenen Zellregulationsvorgängen beteiligt ist. Die mit diesem Gen assoziierten Erkrankungen implizieren eine mögliche Beteiligung bei der Zilienfunktion. Mutationen führen zu SRTD-Syndrom (Short-rib thoracic dysplasia) 7 und kranioektodermale Dysplasie 2.
