SH3-Domän-Bindungsprotein 2
Das SH3BP2-Gen kodiert eine Regulatorprotein, welches an SH3-Domänen zu binden und damit die Phosphokinase- und TRanskriptions-Aktivität zu modifizieren vermag. Mutationen sind für dominante oder rezessive Formen des Cherubismus verantwortlich.
