Preeclampsia 5

Preeclampsia 5 is a disease of pregnancy that occurs after the 20th week of gestation. It is characterized by hypertension and proteinuria and it can develop into a life threatening eclampsia. The gene responsible is CORIN and inheritance is probably autosomal dominant.
