Die familiäre Acne inversa 1 ist eine autosomal dominante Erkrankung, die durch Mutationen des NCSTN-Gens hervorgerufen wird. Es handelt sich um eine chonische rezidivierende Hauterkrankung, die sich besonders in Hautfalten mit Terminalbehaarung entwickelt und Narben zurück lässt.
