Die Akropigmentierung vom Typ Dohi ist eine autosomal dminante Erkrankung, die durch Mutationen des ADAR-Gens hervorgerufen wird. Sie ist charakterisiert durch bereits im frühen Kindesalter auffälligen über- und unterpigmentierte Flecken insbesondere an den Extremitäten.
