Als nephritisches Syndrom bezeichnen wir einen Komplex nephrologischer Symptome bei welchem die Hämaturie im Vordergrund steht.
Die Diagnose wird vornehmlich anhand des Urinsedimentes gestellt. In ihm finden sich überwiegend glomerulär dysmorphe Erythrozyten, Acanthozyten, und Erythrozytenzylinder. Häufig findet man weitere Symptome wie eine leichte bis mittelschwere Proteinurie, Ödeme, Bluthochdruck und erhöhte Retentionsparameter.
