Das familiäre kälteinduzierte autoinflammatorische Syndrom ist eine Gruppe autosomal dominanter Erkrankungen. Sie sind charakterisiert durch Episoden mit Hautrötung, Gelenk- und Muskelschmerzen sowie Fieber und Schüttelfrost. Typischerweise treten solche Attacken nach Kälte-Exposition auf.
