Morphogenes Knochenprotein BMP7
Das BMP7-Gen kodiert ein Protein in dem TGP-beta-Signalweg und ist bei der Steuerung der Knochenbildung beteiligt. Dass Mutationen zu Nierenfehlbildungen führen können, wird ebenfalls diskutiert.
